2100 West 16th Street

Central Steel, a manufacturer of steel products specializing in the communications industry, was forced to relocate after the company’s Cicero facility was destroyed by a five-alarm fire on the adjacent property that ultimately destroyed both buildings in Cicero in January 2014. HSA represented Central Steel Fabricators, Inc. in the purchase of an 82,500-square-foot building at 2100 West 16th Street in Broadview, Illinois. Central Steel, founded in 1969, closed on the $2,525,000 purchase of the building in January 2015 and has resumed its operations in the new location.

Solution
HSA quickly found a temporary building for Central Steel to relocate to in the interim, while diligently worked to find a suitable, long term location that would match its needs and demands.

Benefit
With Central Steel Fabricators ownership of the Broadview facility and HSA finding a facility in close proximity to Central Steel’s former location in Cicero, the company will continue to thrive and grow well into the future.
