Bristol Highlands Commerce Center East is a three-building warehouse park located at Wilmot Road and 136th Avenue in Bristol, Wis., near I-94 and the Wisconsin-Illinois border. The park sits on 68 acres of land and totals over 1 million square feet.

Completed in 2020, the first two speculative buildings feature a rear-load 157,300-square-foot warehouse building with 31 truck docks and a cross-docked 472,176-square-foot distribution center with 72 truck docks. The third speculative building, completed in early 2022, is a 447,000-square-foot distribution center that features 36-foot clear heights, 73 truck docks and ample parking for employees. Campus design at Bristol Highlands Commerce Center includes generous setbacks, sizable walking paths, an upgraded detention pond, enhanced landscaping and common monument signage features.

Notable tenants include HARIBO of America, Inc., the world’s leading manufacturer of gummi products, and Visual Pak, a Waukegan, Ill.-based firm providing contract packaging and manufacturing solutions for a variety of well-known food, personal care, automotive and healthcare brands.
