The Brown Deer Business Park, a 10-building industrial and office complex owned and managed by HSA Commercial Real Estate, held its seventh annual blood drive in May. Following the blood drive, The Blood Center of Wisconsin provided statistics on the Park’s five previous blood drive events:

• 2011 Registrations: 26
• 2011 Units Drawn: 26
• Total Units/Donations Drawn (Past 5 years): 121
• Total Lives Saved (Past 5 years): 363

HSA Commercial would like to thank everyone that participated in the previous Brown Deer blood drives and would like to congratulate them on helping to save a staggering 363 lives.

The 40-acre Brown Deer Business Park, which is located approximately 10 miles northwest of downtown Milwaukee, is owned by a joint venture between HSA Commercial and Morgan Realty Partners. The 10-building industrial and office complex features quick access to I-43 and Route 45, on-site management, and convenient commutes to Mitchell Airport and downtown.

Earlier this year, Craig Phillips, executive vice president of development, announced that a national mail presort services firm signed a 121,000-square-foot, long-term lease at 9053 N Deerwood Trail in the business park.
