HSA Commercial Real Estate’s Tim Thompson, SIOR, executive vice president, industrial brokerage, and Steven Tazalla, associate, recently represented 601 Frontier Way in Bensenville in a 5,578-square-foot lease to startup venture DS Fashions Inc.
“This is a good building in a good location with good owners,” said Tazalla. “The space was only on the market for four months, which is a positive sign when you consider some of the vacancy numbers in the market today.”
DS Fashions Inc., a wholesale hair extensions supplier, will use the warehouse space as its main distribution point in the U.S. A front showroom will be used to display the products to interested retailers.
Thompson and Tazalla are the exclusive marketing agents for 601-701 Frontier Way, a 33,966-square-foot, single-story, industrial property available for sale to investors or to a single user. The property is in the O’Hare submarket, near O’Hare and several major expressways. Remaining for lease is Unit B, an 11,230-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility with 1,400 square feet of office space, one interior dock, and access to a shared drive-in door.
