HSA Commercial Real Estate’s chairman, Jack Shaffer, has announced a long-term lease renewal and expansion with BWAY Packaging for a total of 159,375-square-feet at 10277 Venice Drive, Sturtevant, Wisconsin. BWAY is expanding its manufacturing operations, which previously utilized 100,000-square-feet.

The 196,875-square-foot industrial building—which is owned and managed by HSA Commercial Real Estate—features 39’ ceiling heights, 16 truck docks, 2 drive-in doors, and easy access to Interstate 94. The property was built in 2003 and purchased by HSA Commercial Real Estate in 2008.

Founded in 1875, BWAY Packaging is one of the largest manufacturers of plastic and metal containers in North America.

HSA Commercial Real Estate’s Brown Deer Office, led by Dion Watton, asset manager, was responsible for the lease transaction.

HSA currently owns a portfolio of industrial and office buildings in Wisconsin totaling almost 3 million square feet.
