Park 94 at Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin

Officials with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) announced today that Governor Scott Walker has approved a $155,000 Transportation Economic Assistance (TEA) grant that will provide the funds to complete a 4-way lighted intersection at the entrance to Park 94, the 184-acre business park developed by HSA Commercial Real Estate in Mount Pleasant, Wis. The new stoplight at the intersection of State Highway 20 and International Drive will improve safety and help to support the additional traffic created by new logistics and manufacturing businesses like Seda International Packaging Group moving into Park 94.

“We are very pleased that WisDOT is working together with the Village of Mount Pleasant to continue to promote business growth and development in Southeast Wisconsin,” said Craig Phillips, Executive Vice President of Development with HSA Commercial. “Though the TEA grant is a small step in terms of economic growth, it’s a step in the right direction.”
