Firm brings Advocate campus facilities to near-full occupancy

Chicago-based HSA PrimeCare, a division of leading national commercial real estate firm HSA Commercial Real Estate, represented building ownership in securing two leases at medical office buildings in Tinley Park and Downers Grove, both in Chicago’s southwest suburbs.
6800 S. Main St., Advocate Good Samaritan-South Campus, Downers Grove, Ill.— HSA PrimeCare represented ownership in the renewal of a 597-square-foot lease to Linda D. Small and Associates, a provider of mental health services, at Greenbriar Medical Office Building in Advocate Good Samaritan-South Campus. HSA PrimeCare is the exclusive leasing and management representative for Greenbriar MOB, a three-story 37,780-square-foot facility that the firm acquired in 2007, and for the adjacent two-story, 35,000-square-foot medical office building that the firm subsequently developed with Advocate Good Samaritan. The two properties comprise Advocate Good Samaritan-South Campus.
