HSA COMMERCIAL REPRESENTS LEGAL SERVICES FIRM IN DOWNTOWN CHICAGO SUBLEASE

Brad Black, Vice President, HSA Commercial Real Estate, recently represented Encore Legal Solutions in subleasing approximately half of its 10,000-square-foot space at 17 N. State Street in downtown Chicago to Loop Legal Copies. Encore continues to occupy the remaining square footage of its space.
Encore Legal Solutions is a national provider of electronic paper evidence discovery and related services. The Chicago office is one of seven Encore facilities in six states.
Loop Legal Copies is a Chicago-based provider of print and digital reprographic services to support litigation. The company previously was located at 318 W. Adams a few blocks away from the new location.
