HSA COMMERCIAL REPRESENTS 100 N. LASALLE IN LAW FIRM LEASE
3,907 SF transaction brings property close to full occupancy

Roger Knigge, Senior Vice President, HSA Commercial Real Estate, recently represented Chicago's 100 N. Lasalle building in a 3,907-square-foot lease to Cowell Taradash PC, leaving only spaces in the 1,000 to 2,700-square-foot size available in the building.
Cowell Taradash PC is a law firm specializing in family law that is relocating from 33 N. Dearborn. Roger Peterson and Brett Rapaport of NAI Hiffman represented Cowell Taradash in the lease transaction.
As the exclusive leasing agent for 100 N. LaSalle, Knigge has brought the property such tenants as TLC Management Co. and The Law Offices of Kurasch and Klein Ltd. among others.
Owned and managed by The Hearn Company, which maintains its national headquarters in the building, 100 N. LaSalle was built in 1927 and has been completely renovated since then. In 1997, the lobby was renovated with a design by The Brad Adams Walker Architecture firm. The building is located directly across from City Hall and the County Buildling.
