HSA PrimeCare Completes Silver Cross Health Center Development

Facility fully occupied upon opening

Dan Miranda, president, HSA Commercial Real Estate, and Robert Titzer, executive vice president, HSA PrimeCare, joined Silver Cross Hospital officials and area residents recently to celebrate the grand opening of the new Silver Cross Health Center in New Lenox, Ill, in Chicagoʼs southwest suburbs. The new two-story, 56,000-square-foot medical office building was developed and leased by HSA PrimeCare and is fully occupied.

Grand opening festivities included tours of the new facility, a raffle, childrenʼs activities, free health screenings, refreshments and a live local radio broadcast.

Silver Cross Health Center is the first medical office building to open on the Silver Cross Hospital campus, located at 1870 Silver Cross Blvd. (formerly Clinton Rd.) just southwest of the Route 6 exit off Interstate 355. The campus also will include a 600,000-square-foot replacement facility being developed for Silver Cross Hospital. The new building, specially designed to accommodate contemporary medical technology, houses Childrenʼs Memorial Outpatient Center, Hinsdale Orthopaedics Associates, Partners in Obstetrics and Womenʼs Health, Advanced Eye Care, Spectrum Eye Institute, and The Silver Cross Center for Womenʼs Health.
