HSA ACQUIRES 192,500 SF INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IN STURTEVANT, WIS.

Robert E. Smietana, CEO, vice chairman, HSA Commercial Real Estate, announced that the firm has purchased a fully-leased 192,500-square-foot industrial building at 10277 Venice Drive, Sturtevant, Wis., off Interstate 94 near Racine.
This first-class property was constructed in 2002, with an addition in 2005. It is located on 16.4 acres within Renaissance Business Park, has 39’ clear ceiling heights, 29 exterior docks, 6 drive-in doors and trailer storage. The building is 100% leased to two tenants, Allstates Trucking, Inc., and Bway Manufacturing.
Eric Ogden, HSA senior vice president of acquisitions, successfully negotiated the purchase with the seller, a private investment group, who were represented by Todd Torok of Lee & Associates.
HSA’s Wisconsin investment portfolio now consists of 2,200,000 square feet of commercial properties, along with 180 acres of vacant land in Mount Pleasant where ground was just broken on two industrial facilities totaling 565,200 square feet. Other phases of this development, Park 94 at Mt. Pleasant, are planned for the future.
