HSA Commercial Real Estate, a leading commercial real estate firm with a long history of successful development projects and real estate management in southeast Wisconsin and northeast Illinois, has been ranked by Milwaukee Business Journal as one of the Milwaukee area’s largest industrial property managers, ranking sixth in this year’s survey of 25 property managers.
HSA Commercial has 2,486,000 square feet of industrial space under management in the greater Milwaukee market. Moreover, HSA was one of three companies showing the greatest increase in the square footage of industrial space managed, with the addition of 448,000 square feet of industrial space to the firm’s portfolio in 2009.
HSA Commercial has steadily increased its presence in the southeast Wisconsin market since 2003. The firm owns Brown Deer Business Park in Brown Deer; a former Roundy’s distribution center in Wauwatosa; and a 192,500-square-foot warehouse in Sturtevant.
The firm is also developing the landmark Park 94 at Mt. Pleasant, a new industrial park that includes the region’s first newly constructed LEED Silver warehouse built on spec — a facility of 323,610 square feet —along with a 125,000-square-foot divisible facility. These two industrial facilities together constitute Phase One of the new park, which is planned to include seven warehouse and distribution facilities.
