Timothy C. Blum
Timothy C. Blum is executive vice president and managing director of HSA Commercial Real Estate’s Retail Brokerage Division.
Experience
Active in tenant and product representation for more than 20 years, Blum has represented retail clients including J.C. Penny’s, Carson’s Furniture, Value City Department Stores, Galyans, Old Navy, Bed Bath and Beyond, Kohl's, Sportmart, DSW, and Barnes and Noble. Additionally, Blum has been involved in more than three million square feet of retail and mixed-use developments.
Some of Blum’s projects include Orland Park Place, an award-winning retail redevelopment project in Orland Park, Ill., and a mixed-use redevelopment project in Royal Oak, Mich., that includes retail and residential condominiums.
Prior to joining HSA, Blum held positions as an acquisitions and asset specialist and retail broker with Brauvin Realty and VMS Realty in Chicago.

Michael Havdala
Michael Havdala is a senior vice president in the Retail Brokerage Division of HSA Commercial Real Estate. He specializes in retail tenant representation, leasing and selling available properties, and assembling land parcels for retail development.
Experience
Havdala has transacted leases with national retailers such as National City Bank, Albertson's, UPS Store, Cellular One, GNC, Public Storage/Four Seasons Self Storage, TGI Friday's, Eddie Bauer, and Prime-Co. He has also marketed retail centers in leasing and sales including South Chicago Heights Retail Center, Grenoble Square, Woodstock Retail Center, and various strip shopping centers throughout the Chicago area.
Prior to joining HSA, Havdala was a managing director at Atlas Partners Commercial Brokerage and also served as a research analyst at Tanguay-Burke-Stratton, performing due-diligence on site acquisitions for Target, Jewel-Osco, and Walgreen’s.

With more than a decade of real estate experience, Keady has transacted leases with national retailers such as Kmart, Office Max, Pier 1 Imports, and Bombay Company. He is the exclusive representative in the Chicago market for Chicago Home Fitness and represents Potbelly Sandwich Works in Chicago’s downtown loop area and the northern suburbs.

Shannon K. Pope
Shannon K. Pope is a senior vice president with HSA Commercial Real Estate’s Retail Brokerage Division. She is active in selling and leasing properties in the Chicago metropolitan area and works as a tenant representative for several national retailers.
Experience
Pope has transacted leases with national retailers such as National City Bank, Leslie's Poolmart, GNC, Dunkin Donuts, Aamco Transmissions, Card and Party Outlet, Douglas TV, and Culvers Botanicals. She has also worked with non-profit organization Chicago Commons, and sold several of their land assets in the city of Chicago to residential developers. In addition to Pope’s leasing efforts, she represents the University of Chicago's retail properties, as well as many storefronts in the Bucktown, Wicker Park, South Loop, and Lincoln Park areas of Chicago.
