John Wilson
John Wilson is president of the Corporate Real Estate Services and Office Brokerage Divisions of HSA Commercial Real Estate, as well as president of HSA PrimeCare, HSA’s health care real estate consulting services group. He leads a group of talented brokers specializing in corporate services, office brokerage and healthcare real estate consulting.
Experience
Having been in the industry for more than 20 years, Wilson is one of Chicago’s most respected commercial real estate leaders. He has been successful in all aspects of the industry, including tenant representation, property marketing, real estate development, land transactions and owner representation. Wilson has negotiated hundreds of lease transactions valued in excess of $1 billion on behalf of a variety of prominent tenants and landlords. Some of those clients include The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, Kemper Financial Services, Honeywell and Bank of America.
In 1995, Wilson initiated a healthcare real estate advisory initiative which has grown into a separate operating division of HSA called PrimeCare. Wilson has led the growth of this group, which serves clients such as Good Samaritan Hospital, Christ Medical Center, Lutheran General Hospital, Provena St. Joseph, Provena St. Mary’s South Suburban Hospital, and M & M Orthopaedics, to name a few. The group has also developed and purchased nine medical office buildings across the nation totaling more than 500,000 square feet in size.
Wilson began his career in 1976 and was a top grossing broker by age 25 He co-founded Irvine Associates (later renamed Realsource, Inc.) and developed the company into one of the largest real estate firms in the Midwest.

Ryan Foran
Ryan Foran is a tenant representative in the Corporate Real Estate Services and Office Brokerage Divisions of HSA Commercial Real Estate, with a focus on assisting office tenants in Chicago’s central business district and surrounding suburbs.
Experience
In the past 12 months, Foran has researched, analyzed, and negotiated more than 20 transactions on behalf of several leading firms in various industries. He also specializes in representing corporate clients, maintaining knowledge of current Chicagoland market conditions, and assisting HSA's clients with acquisitions, dispositions, strategic planning and consulting. He has represented a number of clients in a variety of industries including RSA Security (NASDAQ: RSAS), James Hardie Building Products (NYSE: JHX), RTKL Associates, Mortgage Investment Lending Associates, Market Strategy Group, Leeders & Doyle, Ltd., Mainstreet National Bank, and The Brad Institute.

Roger L. Knigge
Roger L. Knigge is a senior vice president in the Corporate Real Estate Services and Office Brokerage Divisions of HSA Commercial Real Estate. He specializes in the leasing and selling of commercial real estate and represents landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers.
Experience
With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Knigge has aggressively represented the interests of a variety of clients including Manulife Insurance, Crown Life Insurance, Equitable Life Insurance, Julio Bogoricin Real Estate (Brazil), the Art Institute of Chicago, Lutheran General Hospital, The Liggett Group, Loews Corporation and Giordano's. He has completed lease transactions as both a landlord and a tenant representative in transactions representing more than five million square feet. He has sold commercial properties with a combined value in excess of $100 million.
Prior to joining HSA, Knigge was a principal at Real Estate Consultants, Inc., a company he co-founded. Knigge has also leased, sold and managed commercial properties as manager of Real Estate for CNA Financial Corporation and as area supervisor of Real Estate for the Illinois Central Gulf Railroad.

Charles R. Logan
Charles R. Logan is vice president in HSA Commercial Real Estate's Corporate Real Estate Services and Office Brokerage Divisions and uses his experience in commercial and industrial real estate to assist corporate and institutional clients in meeting their short and long-term space needs. He provides tenant representation and brokerage services in a relationship-based context to a select clientele.
Experience
Logan has performed tenant representation for several technology-related clients, as well as brokerage and leasing services on behalf of Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill. He has served landlords and tenants, including such institutional owners as John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company, Sears Roebuck & Company, and Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company. He was the head leasing agent for two landmark Chicago skyscrapers - the John Hancock Center, with 812,000 square feet of prime office space, and the Sears Tower with three million square feet. Logan developed and maintained a strong national relationship with GTSI, a computer products company, having 12 regional offices, and Metcalf & Eddy, an engineering firm with 85 offices nationwide. He has coordinated and executed lease negotiations in excess of $750 million.
Prior to joining HSA, Logan worked at Prime Group Realty Services, Mesirow Stein Real Estate, Grubb & Ellis Company, and Cushman & Wakefield. As a Midwest Regional Sales Manager for a Wisconsin-based distributor, he was responsible for a staff of 10 representatives covering a 13-state area. Serving as National Sales Manager for Missouri-based Medalist Athletic Stores, Logan supervised 30 sales staff members in establishing a footwear division whose annual sales grew by 575 percent in two years. In addition, Logan was also a former NFL player with the Chicago Bears, Pittsburgh Steelers, St. Louis Cardinals (now Rams) and Minnesota Vikings.

Wayne Shulman
Wayne Shulman is a senior vice president in the Corporate Real Estate Services and Office Brokerage Divisions of HSA Commercial Real Estate, has been with the firm since 1987, representing both tenants and landlords in leasing, selling, and marketing their properties.

Since entering real estate in 1978, Shulman has negotiated more than 28 million square feet in leases valued in excess of $200 million for both tenants and landlords across the Midwest. Timothy Stanton
Timothy Stanton is executive vice president in the Corporate Real Estate Services and Office Brokerage Divisions of HSA Commercial Real Estate and is responsible for serving corporate clients and spearheading the growth of the division.
Experience
Stanton has represented clients in more than 200 cities throughout the United States, and has represented the Carlson Companies since 1992. Their well known brands include such companies as Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Radisson & Regent Hotels, Country Inns & Suites and TGI Fridays. In the past two years, he has completed 20 transactions in 16 cities for Carlson, most notably representing Carlson Marketing Worldwide in the renegotiation of its Automotive Division World headquarters in Troy, Mich., the negotiation of a lease renewal in San Antonio, Texas for Carlson Wagonlits Government Division headquarters; and, the consolidation of Carlson Travel Operations in St. Louis, Mo. after the acquisition of Maritz Travel.
In addition to his work with corporate clients, Stanton is part of a three-person team that developed the PrimeCare Division at HSA, with real estate services geared specifically toward the health care industry. Robert L. Titzer
Robert L. Titzer is an executive vice president in HSA Commercial Real Estate's Corporate Real Estate Services and Office Brokerage Divisions and brings a broad background of commercial real estate experience to his client's assignments.
Experience
Titzer has a thorough understanding of the transaction process, including a strong background in construction, financial analysis, lease negotiation and an excellent knowledge of the national accounts service process. He has fostered long-standing relationships with clients such as Waste Management Incorporated, Storage Technology Incorporated, Advocate Healthcare, and the University of Chicago Hospitals. He has expanded the firm's business with national clients by handling all of the company's transaction assignments for leading national technology and information system companies in national markets. Titzer assisted in the development of the "Realsource Network" of service providers in other markets in the US and abroad. Most recently, he directed transaction services growth in the healthcare sector.
Prior to joining HSA, Titzer worked for The Prime Group Realty Services since 1988. He was also a development manager for a Chicago area developer/landlord. His experience on the landlord's side of the lease-negotiating table has made him a valuable asset to his clients in-tenant representation work. Titzer also designed mechanical systems for high-rise office buildings, including several Chicago skyscrapers while at Skidmore Owings and Merrill.

David R. Wilson
David R.
