Craig J. Phillips
Craig J. Phillips is an Executive Vice President and head of HSA's Development Division, one of the most active development firms in the Midwest. His responsibilities are extensive, including creating new development opportunities for the firm and managing the development, leasing and entitlement processes to finalize a successful project.
Experience
Phillips has over 20 years of experience in project developments, most recently as a partner and regional vice president at Seefried Properties, Inc., where he delivered over 1,000,000 square feet of industrial space with a market value in excess of $100 million. As a respected member of the development community, Phillips has had articles published in several magazines, was named the 2006 NAIOP finalist for his firm's redevelopment of the 253,000 square foot Eagle Global Logistics build-to-suit property in Elk Grove Village, Ill., and was awarded the 2007 Village of Wilmette Historic Preservation Award for new residential construction.

Kevin G. Augustyn
Kevin G. Augustyn is a Senior Vice President of Retail Development with HSA Commercial Real Estate. He works directly with the firm's senior management in identifying potential retail and mixed-use development projects that HSA can pursue.
Experience
Augustyn is a 20-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, with an extensive background in strategic planning, development, asset management and acquisitions in innovative retail and mixed-use projects. He has been responsible for mixed-use and retail development projects for several Chicago-based development firms, including Trammell Crow Company, Opus North Corporation and MCL Companies

Pat Furey
Patrick Furey is an assistant vice president with the Development Division of HSA Commercial Real Estate. His responsibilities include providing pre-construction services, responsibility for contractor selection and management of the development and construction process for many of the medical and industrial projects that HSA is involved in.
Furey has extensive experience in pre-construction services, including site selection, acquisition, due diligence, scheduling, budgeting and entitlement.

John Mangel III
John Mangel III is vice president of Development and Acquisitions for HSA Commercial Real Estate. He works directly with HSA’s senior management, identifying potential development projects and researching possible property acquisitions for the firm’s growing portfolio.
Experience
Mangel brings substantial business development and planning experience to HSA having served as the director of business development and strategy planning for Walt Disney Attractions at Walt Disney World. While at Disney World, he contributed to the development of 2,100 guest rooms; 140,000 square feet of retail and dining venues; and directed the business plan for the development of a $1 billion domestic theme park resort.
Prior to joining HSA, Mangel was a managing partner and founder of A.C.E. Capital Group, LLC, a real estate development and advisory services company. Mangel has also worked at Jones Lang LaSalle.

Mangel is a licensed real estate professional in the State of Illinois, on the board of the Long Grove Confectionary Company and the Ronald Knox Montessori School. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Mark H. TeGrootenhuis
Mark H. TeGrootenhuis is senior vice president with the Development Division of HSA Commercial Real Estate. His responsibilities include involvement in development consulting assignments and the coordination of industrial, retail and office development projects.
Experience
Over the past eight years, TeGrootenhuis has managed the completion of several development projects, including O’Hare East Business Center, a 325,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility in Franklin Park, Ill.; two 82,000-square-foot industrial buildings in Woodridge, Ill., and the redevelopment of Orland Park Place Mall in Orland Park, Ill.
A 23-year veteran of the real estate construction industry, TeGrootenhuis has experience with a multitude of commercial, industrial and medical building projects. He served as project manager for numerous building projects, including the University of Illinois Outpatient Care Center and program management of more than 40 schools for the Public Building Commission of Chicago.
