Tim Thompson is executive vice president and managing director of HSA Commercial Real Estate’s Industrial Brokerage Division.
Experience
Thompson has been a licensed real estate broker for more than 25 years and has worked on teams representing a host of industrial users and building owners throughout the metropolitan Chicago area. His many clients include WISPARK Corporation, CenterPoint Properties, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, The Alter Group, Midwest Warehouse & Distribution System, First Industrial Real Estate Trust, Catellus Commercial Group LLC, McShane Corporation, Chicago Tribune Inc., and Computer Discount Warehouse.
Thompson has also been directly responsible for leasing several of HSA’s recent industrial developments and works closely with third-party owners to market their assets for sale and lease.

Paul Broderick
Paul Broderick is an associate in the Industrial Brokerage Division, representing both owners and tenants in the leasing, selling and marketing of industrial real estate assets.
Experience
Broderick is involved in property acquisitions, dispositions and market analyses for third-party landlords and tenants. Recently, he has marketed HSA-owned industrial properties, as well as third-party owned properties in the city of Chicago and the suburban Chicago O’Hare market.
Prior to joining HSA, Broderick worked for a subsidiary of a mining company with a focus on mining and construction firms in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Prior to this, he was an attorney at Menges & Molzahn in Chicago, concentrating in real estate transactions as well as commercial contract and lending litigation.

Douglas D. Reed
Douglas D. Reed is a senior vice president with HSA Commercial Real Estate and focuses on industrial brokerage planning and development, specializing in developing strategies for land transactions.
Experience
Reed has been in commercial real estate for more than 30 years. His recent projects include marketing a 394,070-square-foot HSA industrial development project in North Chicago, Ill., as well as helping HSA identify future development opportunities. Reed has extensive experience in the development of several large business parks, and plays a major role in sales and leasing.
Prior to joining HSA, he served as the managing director of CB Richard Ellis' Oak Brook, Ill., office. Previously, he was an independent contract broker for a major Chicago real estate firm and a long-standing partner in Curto Reynolds Oelerich Inc., a full-service real estate firm providing asset management, development, construction and permanent financing, consulting, sales and leasing.
