MARTIN TAYLOR JOINS HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE'S PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DIVISION

Christine Muszynski, executive vice president and director of management operations, announced that HSA Commercial Real Estate has appointed Martin Taylor as a property manager in the firm's property management division.

Taylor, 36, will have property management responsibilities for an industrial portfolio consisting of 13 properties totaling 2,434,103-squre feet located in the Chicago, St. Louis and Jacksonville, Florida metro areas. He will also manage a 42,000-square foot office building in Downers Grove, Illinois.

“HSA will benefit from the significant talent and multi-level experience that Martin brings to these assignments,” commented Muszynski. “We are very fortunate to have found Martin.”

Taylor is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with degrees in Finance and Real Estate and Urban Development. Prior to joining HSA, he was an Assistant Facility/Property Manager for Harris Bank downtown facilities consisting of 1,200,000-square feet.

Taylor is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the National Fire Protection Association and the Institute of Real Estate Management.
