HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE COMPLETES TWO OFFICE TRANSACTIONS TOTALING 12,434 SF

HSA Commercial Real Estate's corporate real estate services division recently completed two office transactions in the Chicago area, representing Encore Legal Solutions in subleasing surplus space in downtown Chicago and Midwest Media Group in purchasing a new corporate headquarters in an office condominium in Arlington Heights:

  • Brad Black, assistant vice president, represented Encore Legal Solutions in subleasing 4,434-square feet of surplus space at 105 West Madison Street to Houlihan Advisors, a financial advisory services firm. Houlihan was an existing tenant in the building and expanded and relocated their office.
  • Tim Stanton, executive vice president, along with Black represented Midwest Media Group in their acquisition of an 8,000 square foot office condominium at 135 E. Algonquin Road , Arlington Heights. Midwest Media Group, which provides sales, engineering and technical support services, will relocate their corporate headquarters from Schaumburg to this new location. The seller was represented by John Baxter of Hamilton Partners.
