HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE ACQUIRES OFFICE BUILDING IN GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN

Robert E. Smietana, vice chairman and CEO, HSA Commercial Real Estate, has announced that the firm has acquired a 108,222-square foot Class A office building located at 2727 S. Ridge Road, Green Bay, Wisconsin. This is the firm’s fourth acquisition in the state of Wisconsin.
The property is 100% occupied and serves as the corporate headquarters of Foth & Van Dyke Engineering/Consulting Firm, a premier provider of engineering and consulting services to government, industrial and commercial clients. Foth & Van Dyke has been in business for 66 years.
The building is located on an 11.4 acre land site and was constructed in 1977, with a 15,230-square foot data processing center added to the main structure in 1989. The property has had extensive renovation over the last 8 years, including a new security system, ceiling tile replacement, cooling tower replacement, partial roof replacement and parking lot resurfacing.
HSA was represented by David Lange, Commercial Investment Partners, Brookfield, Wisconsin. The seller, a private investment partnership, was represented by Glen Berhow of Grubb & Ellis.
