HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE HIRES IRENE CALZADILLA AS PROPERTY MANAGER

(Chicago – December 22, 2006) Christine Muszynski, executive vice president and director of management operations, HSA Commercial Real Estate, announced that the firm has hired Irene Calzadilla as property manager in the property management division.
Calzadilla, 46, will have property management responsibilities for an industrial portfolio of over 3.2 million square feet of properties located in Illinois, North Carolina and Georgia. She will handle full service day-to-day operations and supervise the accounting and financial aspects of these properties.
“Calzadilla brings more than 10 years of property management and accounting experience to HSA,” commented Muszynski, “and she will be a tremendous asset to our growing division.”
Calzadilla is a graduate of DePaul University with a degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining HSA, she was employed as a property manager with CarrAmerica Realty Inc., where she oversaw the financial management and operational responsibilities for The Crossings, a two-building Class A office complex in Oak Brook, Ill.
