HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE represents potbelly sandwich works in two suburban retail leases

(Chicago – December 7, 2006) David Keady, senior vice president, HSA Commercial Real Estate's retail brokerage division, represented Potbelly Sandwich Works in two lease transactions in the Chicago suburbs. These new locations expanded the popular fast casual restaurant's Chicago area restaurants to 46.

• Keady negotiated a 2,200-square foot lease at 2655 S. Mannheim Road, Des Plaines, Ill. Ownership of the property was represented by Michael Schertler of Tartan Realty Group.
• Keady also negotiated a 2,400-square foot lease for a new Potbelly restaurant at the northeast corner of Lake Cook and Weiland Roads in Wheeling, Ill. Ownership of the property was represented by Andy Robbins of MidAmerica Development Partners.
