HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE NAMED EXCLUSIVE LEASING FOR LANDMARK DOWNTOWN EVANSTON BUILDING

The Hearn Company, owner of 1007 Church Street, Evanston, Illinois, has named Roger Knigge, senior vice president, HSA Commercial Real Estate’s corporate services division, as the exclusive leasing agent for the landmark property in downtown Evanston.
Knigge, a 30-year Chicago commercial real estate veteran, will market this Class A property located at the corner of Oak Avenue and Church Street in Evanston’s downtown office district. The unique 153,184-square foot property was designed by renowned architect Helmut Jahn and was completed in 1984. It is currently offering spaces from 225-square feet to 8,000-square feet.
