HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE ADDS ANOTHER
PROPERTY TO ITS OHIO PORTFOLIO; 211,900 SF
INDUSTRIAL BUILDING ACQUIRED IN TROY, OHIO

(Chicago – November 13, 2006) Robert E. Smietana, vice chairman and CEO, HSA Commercial Real Estate, announced that the firm has purchased a 211,900-square foot industrial facility at 1260 Brukner Drive, Troy, Ohio. HSA now owns 10 commercial properties in the state of Ohio totaling 2.2 million square feet.
1260 Brukner Drive is a state-of-the-art distribution facility that has been 100% leased to NK Parts Industries, Inc., since its construction in 1996. NK Parts offers logistic and transportation services to customers such as American Honda, Toyota , Subaru and others. The property is ¼ mile from I-75, is sited on 12.995 acres, has 24' to 27' clear height ceilings and features 14 loading docks.
Troy is located in the Miami River Valley in Ohio and is 21 miles north of Dayton. The region has a rich history in aviation and automotive component and design. Today the region's economy is still driven by technology.
HSA was represented by David Lange of Commercial Investment Partners, and the seller, a privately owned investment trust, was represented by Mark D'lott of Colliers.
This acquisition continues HSA's nationwide strategy of acquiring properties, making it one of the largest industrial property owners in the nation. This is the firm's first acquisition in the Troy-Dayton area.
