(Chicago – October 26, 2006) Doug Reed, senior vice president, HSA Commercial Real Estate's industrial brokerage division, represented Mangel BG Investments in the sale of their 12,600-square foot industrial property at 708-710 Armstrong Drive, Buffalo Grove, Ill.
Constructed in 1980, 708-710 Armstrong Drive is a one-story masonry building on .60 acres of land. It is located in the prestigious Chevy Chase Business Park one-half mile north of Lake Cook Road in Lake County . The purchaser, Walter Zic of Dynomax, was represented by Patrick Shannon of Darwin Realty.
