FIRST TENANT SIGNED AT HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE'S AURORA DISTRIBUTION CENTER 2 DEVELOPMENT

Jack Shaffer, chairman, HSA Commercial Real Estate, announced that Webb/Mason has signed a lease for 26,490 square feet in HSA's recently completed Aurora Distribution Center 2 located at Church and Bilter Roads in Aurora, Ill. They will become the first tenant in this 2-building, 420,000-square foot speculative industrial development.
Webb/Mason signed a 7-year lease at 1207 Bilter Road, a 125,000-square foot building on 7.79 acres and will take occupancy on October 1, 2006. Webb/Mason is the 8 th largest print management company in the U.S. and is headquartered in Baltimore , Md. The space will be used as a distribution center and is near Webb/Mason's sales office at 100 Overland Drive in Aurora.
Carter Andrus and Charles Canale of Collier Bennett & Kahnweiler represented HSA in the transaction and are the exclusive leasing agents for the property. Mitch Rothstein of Transwestern Commercial Services represented Webb/Mason.
Aurora Distribution Center 2 was launched last year and was just recently completed. It is sited directly next door to HSA's first warehouse/distribution facility constructed in 2002, the 382,430-square foot Aurora Distribution Center 1. That building is fully leased to Menlo Logistics.
