HSA commercial real estate ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF HEATHER SMALEC TO PROPERTY MANAGER

Christine Muszynski, executive vice president and director of management operations, HSA Commercial Real Estate, announced that the firm has appointed Heather Smalec as a property manager in the firm's property management division.
Smalec, 26, will have property management responsibilities for a portfolio consisting of 11 office, medical office, retail and industrial properties totaling over 711,000 square feet. The properties are located in the Chicago metropolitan area, Champaign and Urbana, Illinois, Indianapolis, Indiana and Cincinnati, Ohio.
Smalec is a graduate of Arkansas State University with a degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining HSA, she was a property manager at Presidio Commercial Services in Little Rock, Arkansas.
“We are pleased that Heather decided to relocate to the Chicago area,” said Muszynski, “and we will definitely benefit from the significant talent and multi-level experience that she brings to these assignments.”
