HSA commercial real estate ANNOUNCES PROMOTIONS

Robert E. Smietana, Vice Chairman and CEO, HSA Commercial Real Estate, has announced the promotions of Eric E. Ogden and Mark H. TeGrootenhuis, both to Senior Vice President from Vice President.
Ogden, 38, joined HSA in March, 2003, and leads the firm's acquisition division, specializing in industrial product on a national basis. He will continue to function in that capacity as HSA continues to look to expand its national industrial portfolio. Ogden has been responsible for identifying over 5 million square feet of properties across the nation that HSA has purchased in the past two years. He previously was director of multifamily finance at Prairie Realty Advisors.
TeGrootenhuis, 47, is a 23-year veteran of the real estate development and construction industry and joined HSA's development division as vice president in 1998. Over the years, TeGrootenhuis has headed numerous HSA development projects, including the 700,000-square foot redevelopment of Orland Park Place mall and the 500,000-square foot industrial development, Ashland Marketplace in Chicago, as well as a multitude of commercial, industrial and medical building construction projects that HSA has undertaken in recent years. Prior to joining HSA, TeGrootenhuis was employed by Turner Construction.
