HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE REPRESENTS GOLDEN CORRAL RESTAURANT IN GROUND LEASE

Michael Havdala, senior vice president, HSA Commercial Real Estate, recently represented Golden Corral Restaurant in a long-term ground lease of 2.34 acres at the Century Plaza shopping center in Merrillville, Ind. Golden Corral will build a new restaurant on the outlot due to open in July.
Century Plaza is located on 40 acres on the southeast corner of Lincoln Highway (U.S. 30) and Broadway in Merrillville. Owned by Triland Properties, the plaza is currently undergoing a large expansion.
Golden Corral is a national restaurant chain featuring an extensive buffet and flame grilled steaks. The Merrillville location will join open restaurants in Bolingbrook, Joliet and Schererville in the Chicago area.
