CATALYST INTERNATIONAL RENEWS LEASE AT HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE'S BROWN DEER BUSINESS PARK

(Chicago – February 15, 2006) HSA Commercial Real Estate recently completed a five-year lease renewal with Catalyst International at the Brown Deer Business Park, Brown Deer, Wisconsin. An HSA affiliated partnership purchased the 717,717-square foot 10-building premium quality industrial, office and flex tech business park in May, 2004.

Dan Miranda, president, and Dion Watton, general manager of the business park, negotiated the 41,120-square foot lease renewal at 8989 N. Deerwood Drive, which is Catalyst's worldwide headquarters. Catalyst is a leading provider of software and comprehensive solutions for enterprise supply chains, and has been a tenant at Brown Deer since 1994.

Brown Deer Business Park, just west of I-43 at the intersection of Green Bay and Brown Deer Roads, is a true mixed-use business park located on approximately 40 acres. The park has won the prestigious “TOBY” award (The Office Building of the Year) from the Wisconsin Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) in 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2005.
