HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE HELPS OMEDA COMMUNICATIONS RELOCATE TO NEW FACILITY

(Chicago – January 3, 2006) Tim Thompson, executive vice president and managing director in HSA Commercial Real Estate's industrial brokerage division, announced that he represented Omeda Communications in signing a 12-year lease for the entire 77,180-square foot building at 555 Huehl Avenue, Northbook, Ill.
Omeda Communications is an industrial leader in fulfillment and database management for business-to-business trade publications and business marketers. They hired Thompson to search for a larger facility because they had outgrown their current space at 610 Academy Street, Northbrook, due to a growth in their business. 555 Huehl Avenue represented an ideal solution for the firm due to its nice mix of office and warehousing space.
555 Huehl Avenue is located in the Sky Harbor Business Park and is owned by Manulife Financial. They were represented by Ed Barnett of Paine/Wetzel ONCOR International.
