NADYA BEREMSKI JOINS HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE'S PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING DIVISION

(Chicago – January 18, 2006) John Maduros, executive vice president and CFO, HSA Commercial Real Estate, announced that Nadya Beremski has joined the firm as a property accountant in the Property Management Accounting division.
Beremski, 35, will handle the property accounting for numerous properties in HSA's management portfolio, ranked one of the largest in the Chicago metropolitan area. She will prepare monthly financial statements, assist HSA's property managers with the financial needs of tenants, and deal with various property issues.
Beremski is originally from Bulgaria and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the Sofia University of Economics, Sofia, Bulgaria, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the State Institute of Electrical Engineering in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Beremski comes to HSA after serving as a senior accountant at Mid-America Asset Management Company in Oakbrook Terrace Illinois.
