HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE'S CORPORATE SERVICES DIVISION NEGOTIATES EXPANSION FOR JAMES HARDIE BUILDING PRODUCTS
February 8, 2006

(Chicago – February 8, 2006) Tim Stanton, executive vice president, and Ryan Foran, tenant representative, HSA Commercial Real Estate's corporate real estate services division, negotiated a lease expansion to 8,499-square feet for James Hardie Building Products' regional sales and marketing office at 29 N. Wacker Drive, Chicago, Ill. Stanton and Foran negotiated James Hardie's original lease at this property in July, 2005.

James Hardie Building Products is a world leader in fiber cement technology, backerboard and pipe, making it the fastest growing siding manufacturer in North America. This phenomenal growth led to the early expansion of their downtown office because of immediate space needs. Stanton and Foran were asked to contact the building's leasing agent and explore their options. Additional space was available in the building conveniently located next to James Hardie's existing suite.

29 N. Wacker Drive is owned by Intercontinental Stonecreek II, which was represented by Kim Robare of CB Richard Ellis.
