STEFAN POLCYN JOINS HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE'S DEVELOPMENT DIVISION

(Chicago – August 15, 2008)  Mark TeGrootenhuis, senior vice president, HSA Commercial Real Estate, announced that the firm has appointed Stefan Polcyn as an assistant vice president in HSA’s development division, one of the most prolific development firms in the Midwest.

Polcyn, 45, brings over 23 years of project management experience to HSA, specializing in commercial, industrial, medical office and retail developments.  His responsibilities at HSA will include management of several upcoming HSA developments planned in the immediate future.  “I am thrilled to have Stefan on board our development team,” commented TeGrootenhuis, “and with his background in varied product types and his national experience, we have added to our powerful development team in a very positive way.”

Polcyn holds a degree in Construction Management from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Mich.  He comes to HSA from the Lauth Property Group in Indianapolis, Ind., where he served as senior project manager for the $24 million Porter’s Vale lifestyle retail development in Valparaiso, Ind., which consisted of multiple retail buildings and a 12-screen movie theatre.
