HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE NEGOTIATES 6,208 SF OFFICE LEASE AT 100 N. LASALLE STREET

(Chicago – April 17, 2008) Roger Knigge, senior vice president, HSA Commercial Real Estate, recently represented ownership of 100 North LaSalle Street in negotiating a 6,208-square- foot long-term office lease to TLC Management Co. Knigge is the exclusive leasing agent for the property, owned by The Hearn Company, and has brought the building to over 97% occupancy. Only 3,907 square feet of space remains in the building.
TLC Management is a leading apartment property manager along the Lake Michigan lakefront, with buildings from Evanston in the North to Hyde Park in the South. They are relocating their corporate headquarters from 205 West Randolph Street. TLC was represented by Renee Betzelos of ProTen Realty.
100 North LaSalle was built in 1927 and completely renovated in 1985. In 1997 the lobby was completely renovated with a design by Brad Adams Walker Architecture firm. The building is located directly across from City Hall and the County Building.
