REVIVA LOGISTICS TAKES 231,880 SF OF DISTRIBUTION SPACE AT HSA-OWNED INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IN AURORA, ILL

(Chicago – March 13, 2008) Tim Thompson, executive vice president and director of industrial brokerage at HSA Commercial Real Estate, announced that Reviva Logistics has signed a 5-year lease for 231,880-square-feet at an HSA-developed and owned industrial facility at 1203 Bilter Road in Aurora, Ill. Charles Canale and Carter Andrus of Colliers Bennett Kahnweiler represented HSA in the deal, and are the exclusive leasing agents for the 2-building development.

Reviva Logistics is a division of Reviva, Inc., a distributer of OEM products and a remanufacturer of medium and light duty diesel engines. Headquartered in Minneapolis, and represented by CresaPartners, Reviva’s expansion into Aurora is one example of its strategy of continued growth in its core business. Reviva will be providing third party warehouse and distribution services for Hankook Tire, the worlds seventh largest tire manufacturer headquartered in Seoul, Korea.

1203 Bilter Road is a 295,000 square foot high cube industrial facility and is part of Aurora Distribution Center Phase II, which also includes 1207 Bilter Road, a 125,000 square foot facility. The entire complex was developed by HSA in 2006 and 2007 and has approximately 137,000-square-feet of space available. The buildings have 30’ clear ceiling heights, multiple docks and drive-in doors, and are conveniently located just ¼ mile from a full interchange on I-88.
