HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE RENEWS AND EXPANDS LEASES AT MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING IN DOWNERS GROVE, IL

(Chicago – January 23, 2008) Roger Knigge, senior vice president, HSA Commercial Real Estate, recently represented both ownership and the tenants in negotiating three lease renewals at 6800 Main Street, Downers Grove, Ill., a medical office building acquired by HSA last year. The property is now 82% occupied.
w Grove Dental Associates expanded their space by 1,140 square feet and now occupy 14,080 square feet in the building on three floors. They also renewed their lease for 5 years.
w Glen Pouleson, DDS, renewed his lease of 884 square feet on the 2nd floor. Dr. Pouleson operates a dental practice.
w Also operating a dental practice and renewing in the building is Dr. Robert C. Poulsom. His office is also be on the 2nd floor and occupies 1,505 square feet.
6800 Main Street is a 37,780, 3-story medical office building constructed in 1974. HSA purchased the building and the adjacent 2.15 acres of vacant land in May, 2007. HSA is presently constructing a new 35,000-square-foot state-of-the-art medical office building on the vacant land, and both properties will become part of the Advocate Good Samaritan South Campus.
