HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE NEGOTIATES A 9,615 SF OFFICE LEASE TO KELLOGG SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT AT 1007 CHURCH STREET, EVANSTON, IL

Tataria Funds LLC also takes 1,178 sf,
bringing building to 99% occupancy

(Chicago – December 17, 2007) Roger Knigge, senior vice president, HSA Commercial Real Estate’s corporate real estate services division, recently negotiated two leases at 1007 Church Street, a historic downtown Evanston office property. Knigge, the exclusive leasing agent for ownership, has brought the building to 99% occupancy.

 Northwestern University’s prestigious Kellogg School of Management leased 9,615 square feet of space for the school’s administrative offices. The school is a nationally recognized and respected school that is consistently ranked near the top of all MBA programs for business administration. Knigge represented both parties in this transaction.
 Tatarian Funds LLC, a private investment company, took the other space of 1,178 square feet. The firm relocated from 990 Grove Street, also in Evanston. Knigge represented building ownership and Tatarian Funds was represented by Dan Grahm of CB Richard Ellis.

Designed by renowned architect Helmut Jahn in 1984, 1007 Church Street is a 153,184-square-foot office building, widely recognized as the most architecturally significant building in Evanston. It is owned by Triple Net Properties LLC, a nationally recognized name in real estate syndication and headquartered in Santa Ana, Cal.
