HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE REPRESENTS OWNERSHIP IN 28,072 SF INDUSTRIAL LEASE EXPANSION

(Chicago – December 6, 2007) Doug Reed, senior vice president in HSA Commercial Real Estate’s industrial brokerage division, represented IAC Green Oaks LLC in negotiating a 28,072- square-foot lease expansion with Office Concepts at Green Oaks Business Center, 13950 W. Business Center Drive, Green Oaks, Ill. Office Concepts already leases 101,000 square feet of space at 13820 W. Business Center Drive in the business center and needed the additional warehouse space for their growing business needs. Ironically, Reed was the original leasing agent at Green Oaks Business Center when it was developed by HSA in the 1990’s.
Founded in 1938, Office Concepts provides workspace solutions and national service support capabilities, as well as being the leading dealer in the Chicagoland area of Steelcase office furniture. They were one of the original tenants in Phase II of the Green Oaks Business Center when it was developed by HSA in 1996. Bill Frain of The Staubach Company represented Office Concepts.
Green Oaks Business Center is a 3-building, 462,039-square-foot industrial warehouse facility originally developed by HSA between 1995 and 1997. It is situated on 25 acres along Route 176 in the Village of Green Oaks. HSA sold the project to IAC in October, 2006. The complex is now currently 100% leased.
