HSA Commercial Real Estate RENEWS THREE LEASES TOTALING 16,111 SF AT BROWN DEER BUSINESS PARK IN WISCONSIN

(Chicago – November 16, 2007) Dion Watton, general manager, HSA Commercial Real Estate, announced that the firm has renewed three leases at Brown Deer Business Park, Brown Deer, Wis., a 9-building premium quality industrial, office and flex tech business park acquired by HSA in May, 2004. Watton, who manages HSA’s 2,000,000 square foot Wisconsin portfolio, negotiated these 5-year renewals.

• Forward Dental renewed their lease of 8,207-square-feet at 9088 N. Deerbrook Trail, a 31,229 square foot flex building. Forward Dental, which provides comprehensive general and specialty dental care for all ages in 23 locations across Wisconsin, uses this location for their administration and billing office.
• The Sisters of the Sorrowful Mother, an international Franciscan ministry, renewed a lease of 3,683-square-feet at 9056 N. Deerbrook Trail, a 31,229 square foot property. The space is used for their finance department.
• BBJ Linens, the nation’s largest provider of rental linens for special events with 15 regional showrooms across the country, relocated from 9082 N. Deerbrook Trail in the park to 4,221-square-feet at 9060 N. Deerbrook Trail, an expansion of their previous space. BBJ Linens uses the space as a regional showroom.

Brown Deer Business Park, just west of the I-43 intersection of Green Bay and Brown Deer Roads in the Milwaukee suburbs, is a true mixed-use business park located on approximately 40 acres.
