(Chicago – November 12, 2007) HSA Commercial Real Estate’s David Keady, senior vice president, retail brokerage division, represented Potbelly Sandwich Works in negotiations for two new locations in downtown Chicago and one in Waukegan, Ill. Potbelly will open new restaurants at the following locations:
* Potbelly leased 2,600 square feet at Metra Center, 547 W. Jackson, Chicago. Owned by the Rapid Transit Authority, ownership was represented by Sharyl Rothschild of Beitler Properties, LLC.
* Potbelly also leased 2,500 square feet at 2 N. Riverside Plaza and opened a new restaurant. The property is owned by 2 N. Riverside Plaza LLC who was represented by David Stone of Stone Real Estate.
* A 3,600-square-foot restaurant will open at 760 Waukegan Road in Waukegan, Ill. Ownership of the property was represented by Duncan Goedde of Halifax Development.
