HSA Commercial Real Estate NEGOTIATES TWO LEASES AT 1007 CHURCH STREET IN EVANSTON, IL

(Chicago – August 23, 2007) Roger Knigge, senior vice president, HSA Commercial Real Estate’s corporate real estate services division, recently negotiated two leases for new tenants at 1007 Church Street, a historic downtown Evanston office property.

Designed by renowned architect Helmut Jahn and completed in 1984, this 153,184-square-foot building is widely recognized as the most architecturally significant building in Evanston. Knigge and HSA are the exclusive leasing agents for this property.

• Applied Psychological Techniques, which delivers HR and IT strategies and solutions to their clients, leased 2,311 square feet. This is the company’s first location in the Chicago area, with their corporate headquarters in Darien, Ct. They were represented by Steve Flachbart of Jones Lang LaSalle.

• Brown Leopold Partners, Inc., a psychotherapy office, relocated from 708 Church Street into 1,058 square feet in this property. Knigge represented both ownership and the tenant in this transaction.
