EAGLE GLOBAL LOGISTICS SIGNS TWO LEASES TOTALING 641,220 SF AT HSA-OWNED PROPERTIES

(Chicago – April 27, 2007) Dan Miranda, president, and Ken Verne, general manager, HSA Commercial Real Estate, recently negotiated two leases totaling 641,220 square feet with Eagle Global Logistics at two HSA-owned properties in Columbus, Ohio and Hebron, Kentucky. The properties are part of an 11-building industrial portfolio of 2.5 million square feet purchased by HSA in 2005.
Eagle renewed their lease for the entire 509,190-square-foot building at 2727 London-Groveport Road in Columbus for 5 years. Eagle leases the entire building and has been a tenant in the property for 7 years. Select Carrier Group, a subsidiary of Eagle, occupies the space.
Eagle also signed a new 5 year lease at 2850 Earhart Court in Hebron, Kentucky for 132,030 square feet. This represents over 60% of the building’s space. Hebron is a suburb of Cincinnati.
