HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE REPRESENTS 1007 CHURCH STREET OWNERSHIP IN FOUR EVANSTON OFFICE LEASES

(Chicago – April 29, 2007) Roger Knigge, senior vice president, HSA Commercial Real Estate’s corporate real estate services division, represented building ownership of 1007 Church Street, Evanston, Ill., in negotiating four office leases at this historic downtown Evanston property.

Designed by renowned architect Helmut Jahn, 1007 Church Street is owned and managed by The Hearn Company. Completed in 1984, the 153,184-square-foot building is widely recognized as the most architecturally significant building in this Chicago suburb. The property has grown to 97% occupancy since Knigge and HSA were hired as the exclusive leasing agents in the spring of 2006.

• The Irish Dairy Board Cooperative leased 6,062 square feet of space for their Chicago-area corporate offices. They are a commercial cooperative and major international exporter of Irish dairy products worldwide. They were represented by Mike Adams and Darryl Silverman of Grubb & Ellis.
• Insight to Action leased 2,486 square feet in the building. They were represented by Barbara Ellis Racic of Corporate Real Estate Solutions.
• Digital Online Technologies, Inc., leased 1,395 square feet of office space. They codify and assess healthcare provider credentials for medical users and were represented by Charles Porter of CRESA Partners.
• MediVantage LLC, an accounts receivable collection agency for hospitals and physicians, leased 642 square feet of space. Knigge also represented the tenant in this transaction.
