HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE'S INDUSTRIAL DIVISION BROKERS 18,735 SF LEASE FOR GOODYEAR TIRE & RUBBER CO. IN WOODRIDGE, ILL.

(Chicago – April 11, 2007) Doug Reed, senior vice president, HSA Commercial Real Estate, represented Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in an 18,735-square-foot lease at 10330 Argonne Woods Drive in the Maple Point Business Park, Woodridge, Ill. Goodyear will use the space to warehouse tires. This brings occupancy of the 82,420 square foot facility to 100%.

Maple Point Business Park is comprised of two buildings of 82,420-square-feet and 94,960-square-feet respectively. It was developed in 2001 by Bridge Development Partners and is jointly owned by Bridge and HSA. HSA’s Tim Thompson, executive vice president and managing director of industrial brokerage, and Paul Broderick, associate, are the exclusive leasing agents representing ownership.
