hsa commercial real estate leases 32,803 sf of space to filene's basement at orland park place

(Chicago – March 26, 2007) David Keady, senior vice president in HSA Commercial Real Estate's Retail Brokerage division, represented ownership of Orland Park Place, Inland Commercial Property Management Co., Inc., in negotiating a lease of 32,803 square feet of retail space to Filene's Basement, the country's oldest and most famous off-price store which has been selling brand name and designer fashions for men and women since 1908.
Orland Park Place is a 700,000-square-foot power center successfully developed by HSA in 1999. HSA sold the center to Inland in 2005. Filene's will join other national retailers such as Dick's Sporting Goods, Kohl's, Office Depot, Marshall's, Old Navy, DSW, Steinmart and others.
Filene's Basement was represented by Scott Stefanik of Midwest Commercial Realty and Michael Schertler of Tartan Realty.
