DANIEL JOYCE JOINS HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE'S PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DIVISION

(Chicago – March 16, 2007) Christine Muszynski, executive vice president and director of management operations, announced that HSA Commercial Real Estate has appointed Daniel P. Joyce as a property manager in the firm's property management division.

Joyce, 30, will have property management responsibilities for an industrial portfolio of 13 properties totaling 2,500,000 square feet located in the Chicago, St. Louis and Jacksonville, Florida metro areas. He will also manage a 42,000-square foot office building in Downers Grove, Illinois.

“Daniel brings significant talent and multi-level experience to HSA and will be an invaluable asset to our growing property management division and of significant value to our client's portfolios,” commented Muszynski.

Joyce is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a degree in economics and a minor in psychology. He later earned an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Investment from DePaul University 's prestigious Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.

Prior to joining HSA, Joyce was an assistant property manager for Trammell Crow Company and CB Richard Ellis, where he managed downtown retail projects in Chicago and Boston, 8 retail shopping centers with 135 tenants and 3 class-A office buildings.

Joyce is a member of BOMA and a RPA candidate at the Building Owners and Managers Institute.
