HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE RENEWS TWO LEASES OF 216,325 SF WITH SEARS LOGISTICS IN COLUMBUS, OHIO

(January 19, 2007) Daniel F. Miranda, president, HSA Commercial Real Estate, announced that the firm has renewed two leases totaling 216,325 square feet with Sears Logistics in HSA-owned properties in Columbus, Ohio.
Sears Logistics renewed its 96,325-square foot lease at 1615 Georgesville Road and its 120,000-square foot lease at neighboring 1727 Georgesville Road. Sears leases both properties for use as distribution centers. Sears was represented by Ken Isenberger, Continental Realty/Cushman & Wakefield, in the lease at 1615 Georgesville, and HSA was represented by Miranda, along with Kenneth Verne, HSA's general manager for the building, in negotiations on behalf of ownership and for Sears at 1727 Georgesville.
1615 Georgesville and 1727 Georgesville are part of an 11-building industrial portfolio of 2.5 million square feet purchased by HSA in Ohio and Kentucky in 2005. Sears has been a long-term tenant in the properties.
