HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE ACQUIRES 139,200 SF INDUSTRIAL FACILITY IN INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA

(Chicago – January 15, 2007) Robert E. Smietana, vice chairman and CEO, HSA Commercial Real Estate, announced that the firm has acquired a 139,200-square-foot industrial facility at 2513 S. Holt Road in Indianapolis, Ind. This is the 4 th commercial property owned by HSA in the Indianapolis area, joining 2 medical office buildings acquired in 2004 and 2005, and a 104,400-square-foot industrial facility jointly developed with Sierra Crest Equities in 2005.
2513 S. Holt Road is fully leased on a long-term basis to Roll & Hold Warehousing and Distribution, an operating unit of ADS Logistics, LLC, which provides supply chain solutions to the steel industry. The property was originally constructed for Roll & Hold in 1991, and expanded to accommodate the tenant's growth in 1995. The property is sited on 10.4 acres and is equipped with three 60,000 lb. capacity cranes, 7 loading docks, 30' clear ceiling heights and CSX rail line accessibility.
Eric Ogden, senior vice president, HSA's acquisition division, led the team that identified and negotiated the acquisition of this property from a private investment trust, which continues HSA's nationwide strategy of acquiring properties, making it one of the largest industrial property owners in the nation.
