HSA COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE SIGNS 143,532 SF LEASE EXTENSION WITH LOWE'S IN WHITE HOUSE, TENN

(Chicago – January 11, 2007) Daniel F. Miranda, president, HSA Commercial Real Estate, announced that the firm has renewed and extended its lease with Lowe's Home Improvement Centers for 143,532 square feet at HSA-owned 510 Hester Drive, White House, Tenn.

Lowe's, a long-term tenant at the property, leases the space for use as a millwork facility, one of three the company operates in the U.S. The remaining 139,920 square feet of the building is leased to Ingersoll-Rand Company for a distribution and service facility. Miranda, along with Kenneth Verne, HSA's general manager for the building, represented both HSA and Lowe's.

510 Hester Drive was purchased by HSA in April, 2005 and is located in the Interstate Business Park along I-65 north of Nashville. The facility is situated on a 50 acre site, and can be expanded on either end. HSA also owns an additional 50 acre site next door that can accommodate more than 700,000 square feet of industrial development.
