crossings business center welcomes first tenant to new industrial warehouse facility

(Chicago – December 23, 2005) Tim Thompson, executive vice president and managing director of industrial brokerage, HSA Commercial Real Estate, announced that he has negotiated the first lease at Crossings Business Center for 16,900-square feet with Modular Installations & Design, Inc.
Completed this past fall, Crossings Business Center is a two-building, 352,700-square foot, multi-tenant industrial facility located at 380-86 Internationale Drive, Bolingbrook, Illinois. Jointly developed by HSA Commercial Real Estate and ML Realty Partners, it sits in the Corporate Crossings Business Park off of Joliet Road and I-55.
Thompson is the exclusive leasing agent for the development. Modular Installations & Design Inc., a full-service office design and installation company, plans to consolidate their former corporate offices and warehouse in Romeoville and Bolingbrook and move into their new facility in 2006.
